1. Are my payments secure?

Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information. We GUARANTEE that NONE of your personal information will be shared with ANYONE.

2. How long until I receive my order?

Credit card orders arrive anywhere from 10 to 15 days.
Check & Money Orders: Your order will not be shipped until we receive your check -or- money order in the mail and it is processed. Order can be expected to arrive 10-15 days afterwards.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as *Personal Checks and *Money Orders.
Credit card orders are processed & shipped in 1 -2 business days.
*Your order will not be shipped until we receive your check -or- money order in the mail and it is processed.

4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.

5. What are your local business hours?

Our local business hours are:
Tuesday - Friday: 11am - 6:30 pm
Saturday: 11am - 5 pm
Closed Sunday & Monday

6. Do you offer gift cards?

We currently do not offer any gift cards online, however, we plan to in the near future.
We do have gift certficates available for use at our local storefront in Van Wert, Ohio.

7. What are your shipping rates ?

Shipping for most items is a flat rate fee of $5.50 for the 1st item plus 50 cents per additional item.
You will be notified on items that require special shipping charges before completing checkout procedure.

We are generally able to respond within 24 hours.
